This project was a housing site and a shopping mall covering a footprint area of approximately 45,000 m2 given a Leed Gold certificate, located in Kepez borough of Antalya province. We provided mechanical and electrical designing and drawing services for it.
In addition to mechanical and electrical designs and drawings, we coordinated the architectural and static design works. We also provided management services for the tender process based on the system of trading land for apartment.
