Project design and management services were provided for Sushico’s restaurants ranging from 250 to 750 m2, located in Zekeriyakoy, Ritim Istanbul and Kurtkoy boroughs of Istanbul.
Mechanical, electrical and security system drawings were provided in accordance with the architectural design drawings. Tender process, awarding process and construction stage management services were provided to ensure the construction works to be completed in accordance with the drawings and technical specifications. Furthermore, the industrial kitchen design and purchase process was coordinated.
