H&M was provided with project designing and management services for its stores built in several cities of Turkey, ranging from 2,000 to 3,500 m2. To date the Afyonpark AVM, Kulesite Konya, Optimum Urfa, Novada Edremit, Adana Optimum and Çorum AHL Park projects were successfully completed.
Architectural, mechanical, electrical and security working drawings were drawn in accordance with the applicable concept projects; supervision services were provided to ensure decorations to be installed in accordance with the quality specifications subject to the project design criteria after contractors were awarded; construction management and daily reporting services were provided; coordination between the site, Employer and landlords was provided.
